introduction

Welcome to the Baton Rouge chapter of Association for India's Development (AID). AID is a voluntary non-profit organization committed to promoting sustainable, equitable and just development in India, by working with grassroots organizations and movements in India. AID supports and initiates efforts in various interconnected spheres such as education, livelihoods, natural resources, health, women's empowerment and social justice.

We meet every week to chart out our activities and plans for the coming weeks and also discuss various issues relevant to India. So, join hands with us today to work for a brighter tomorrow for India. Lets all make a difference by coming together as a single community and contribute in our own way.
